Andy is a senior change management and leadership expert. He is passionate about change and helping organizations and individuals to become more effective in leading change, manage the people side of must-win transformations / projects and develop organizational change capabilities through the Prosci methodology, research and solutions. He is an inspirational key note speaker and has gained his experience by leading change initiatives with international organizations. Currently, Andy is Enterprise Growth Director for Prosci Europe.
