Mats Kuuskemaa is started his career as a diplomat for Estonia, working with trade and investment policy at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2011-14). He was Consul & Economic Officer at Estonian Embassy in New Delhi (2014-18) and Political Counsellor at Estonian Embassy in Beijing (2018-19). In 2018 Mats joined Government of Estonia’s e-Residency programme, initially as Head of Business Strategy and from 2022 as Country Director for Germany, based in Berlin.
