Jessica Holzbach is a successful German entrepreneur and the CEO of Pile Capital, a Crypto-as-a-service company that provides access to blockchain and Defi products for startups and neobanks. Prior to this role, Holzbach co-founded Penta and served as Chief Customer Officer for over 4.5 years, during which the company grew to have over 30,000 customers, 150 employees, and raised more than $70 million in venture funding. She also contributed to the company's successful exit to a French competitor in a multi-million dollar deal. Holzbach began her career with a degree in General Management and later earned a Master's in Finance. She has worked as a digital strategy consultant for banks and insurance companies, and founded her first company in 2016. She has been recognized by Forbes on their ""30 under 30"" list and Capital's ""Top 40 under 40,"" and was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the German Startup Awards in 2021.
