Jessica Holzbach is a successful German entrepreneur and the CEO of Pile Capital, a Crypto-as-a-service company that provides access to blockchain and Defi products for startups and neobanks. Prior to this role, Holzbach co-founded Penta and served as Chief Customer Officer for over 4.5 years, during which the company grew to have over 30,000 customers, 150 employees, and raised more than $70 million in venture funding. She also contributed to the company's successful exit to a French competitor in a multi-million dollar deal. Holzbach began her career with a degree in General Management and later earned a Master's in Finance. She has worked as a digital strategy consultant for banks and insurance companies, and founded her first company in 2016.
