Through this consultancy, I share insights on creating competitive products, implementing innovative business strategies, and navigating the complexities of today’s fast-evolving Cloud and AI landscape. In my role as Co-CEO and Chief Strategy Officer at run.events, I lead business development and strategy, redefining how events are planned and executed. At run.events, we’ve built a cloud-based Event Management Platform that embodies the relentless pursuit of perfection by professional event organizers—offering a game-changing solution for the industry. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve advised senior leaders in global corporations and startups, aligning technological innovation with tangible business value. My academic foundation in theoretical computer science from FAU University of Erlangen-Nürnberg shaped my problem-solving approach, blending technical expertise with strategic vision. My entrepreneurial journey began with the co-founding of Axinom Group, where I served as CEO and CFO for 23 years. Axinom grew into a global leader in software solutions for the aerospace, media, and entertainment industries. Prior to Axinom, I held executive roles at a Deutsche Telekom, where I spearheaded pioneering B2B e-commerce strategies that shaped the digital marketplace. Beyond business, I’ve collaborated with the European Commission and members of the European Parliament to build a Digital Single Market in Europe. I’ve also worked with the German and Estonian governments to foster German-Baltic business relations, and advance digital public services.
