Ibrahim Buge is the founder and CEO of PERSOBOTS GmbH, a Berlin based technology company developing robotic kitchen systems for the gastronomy industry. The company focuses on combining robotics, intelligent software and modular automation to enable scalable and efficient food service operations. Before founding PERSOBOTS, Ibrahim built more than a decade of experience in the international robotics and industrial automation industry, working in strategic and operational roles across Europe and global markets. At Yamaha Motor Robotics he served as EMEA Product Marketing Manager and Strategic Partner Network Manager. In this role he was responsible for the development of the marketing strategy for the industrial robotics business in Europe, as well as for building a strategic network of system integrators and technology partners. He also contributed to the development of new go to market structures and supported the expansion of the robotics business across the EMEA region. Beyond his commercial responsibilities, Ibrahim was involved in several product development initiatives in collaboration with international engineering teams. These included projects related to a collaborative seven axis robot, new SCARA robot platforms and autonomous mobile robots. Prior to Yamaha, he worked at Omron Electronics as System Integration Manager for the DACH region, where he developed a partner ecosystem for industrial robotics and factory automation. In this role he worked closely with system integrators and machine builders and coordinated automation projects for major industrial customers. Through his work across robotics manufacturers, system integrators and technology partners, Ibrahim developed a strong understanding of how complex automation technologies can be translated into scalable business models and real world applications. With PERSOBOTS he is now focused on applying this experience to the transformation of the food service industry. The company develops robotic kitchen systems designed to address labor shortages, operational inefficiencies and scalability challenges in modern gastronomy. By combining robotics, intelligent orchestration software and modular kitchen platforms, PERSOBOTS aims to enable a new generation of highly automated food service operations.
